Part of the Prayer plants, Stromanthe Sanguinea is an evergreen tropical plant with green foliage with deep magenta undersides. Stromanthe Sanguinea is native to the Brazilian rainforests. When compared to the rest of the members of the Prayer plant family, Stromanthe are rare to find, have limited varieties available commercially and are much easier to maintain. Stromanthe Sanguinea has long vibrant green leaves with a light green center vein and deep magenta undersides sprouting on pink stems. Being part of the Prayer plant family, Stromanthe Sanguinea's leaves curl up at night showing off the lovely undersides. It brightens up a room with its vibrant and colorful foliage. Stromanthe Sanguinea requires some maintenance, but with little care, it is a perfect addition to your home.
