Shipping Policy

At we take utmost care in ensuring the quality of products and packaging for our customers. Our plants are hand-picked from the finest growers in India, and are then grown further at our state-of-the-art hub. We ensure that every plant shipped from our warehouse is in healthy condition and packaged properly for shipment. 

For shipping, we have partnered with registered and reliable logistics companies for a safe and timely delivery. We deliver plants only in India. Our orders are dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse or as per the delivery date displayed at the time of order confirmation. The plants are delivered within 1 to 6 days after dispatch. While we work with our logistics partners to get the order delivered on time to our customers, the requested delivery time is non-binding.

In case you wish to cancel your order, we will be able to cancel the order only if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

We do not accept returns on plants as the live plants would not be able to survive the two way transit stress. We do ensure from our side that our plant is safely packaged to reach your home in a good condition.

Note: In case an order is returned to us due to any of the following conditions, then we will consider the order executed, you will be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible:

  • Wrong shipping/delivery address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

In case if the recipient is not available, they can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate / reception / neighbor. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

If the delivery is delayed because no one is there to accept the delivery, then the order will not be considered late. Hence, in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

Also, please note that since it is a live plant, it might look a little dull due to transit stress and could have some minor damages. But with some exposure to proper light and watering, the plant will bring itself back to its natural healthy state.

If your plant/planter arrives in a dead/damaged or near dead condition or in case of any discrepancy, please send us your Order ID and a picture of the plant/planter with the packaging box to within 24 hours of receipt. We would be happy to send you a replacement free of charge! Please note that if the plants have been repotted we cannot guarantee that your replacement request will be approved.
